2. Booking & Payment

• Appointments can be scheduled via call, WhatsApp, or in person.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Payments are accepted via cash, UPI, and bank transfer.

3. Service Terms

• Customers must provide accurate vehicle information.
• We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable.
• Estimated service time is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
• Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made before the service begins.
• No refunds for completed services unless quality issues are proven.

5. Warranty & Liability

• Our services are backed by product-specific warranties (where applicable).
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or post-service issues not related to our work.
• Clients are advised to inspect the vehicle at delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on our website and marketing assets belong to GlanzXpro and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Solan, HP.
